You have 1 week (7 days) to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For Diamond and Moissanite Items: All diamond and moissanite items are tested for authenticity prior to delivery, using a standard gem testing tool (Diamond Selector II). This tool blinks positive upon touching a genuine diamond or moissanite. In the event that an inauthentic diamond or moissanite slips through our stringent verification process, as determined by a trained jeweller, you are entitled to contest your purchase within 1 week (7 days). We will schedule a meet-up to have the item checked by a third-party in your presence. We cannot accept information regarding gems (particular coloured gems and Moissanites) coming from pawnshops as they usually evaluate jewelry pieces according to gold value only. In the event that your moissanite is proven inauthentic, we will replace your stone with another one guaranteed authentic by testing using the Diamond Selector II in your presence.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of item replacement after inspecting the item.
Items eligible for replacement are those that can be proven to be physically damaged beyond repair during our manufacturing process or delivery (e.g. stones broken in half, broken ring shanks, severely damaged plating). Emerald stones and other sensitive natural stones (e.g. tourmaline) whose inclusions have been amplified or display new cracks which do not threaten the integrity of the stone cannot be included in our replacement policy as this a natural tendency.
Wrong sizes (different from the size indicated in the order) can be sent back for free resizing.
We only allow refunds for orders that have been cancelled.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
